This clip should be universal and useable with pretty much any reel. I tried a bunch of models but none met all my requirements:
Must work with any reel (don't want to have to select the right version)
Must be easy to insert the filament, not too stiff, not too fiddly (no threading filament through holes)
Must hold the filament well
Must not be too long, so that it can be used on almost full reels
Easy and quick to print
The print profile is for Bambu PETG-HF or PLA. I like the bright orange so its easy to find the clips, I prefer PETG for its resilience to maintain the spring over time and survive PETG drying cycle. The print profile is set up with PETG-HF on one plate and PLA Matte on another. The original model has been updated to ensure that both PLA and Matte PLA prints of these also work nicely (Thanks to @kraamaar for the feedback that helped get this right).
