Wind vane Verklicker for Europe Laser etc

This wind vane (German: Verklicker; Spanish: Veleta) for a dinghy or sailing boat can be printed with PLA and, more durable, ASA or PC. It should be fixed with an elastic rope to the mast of your dinghy or sailing boat. 
Assembly is possible without tools (see video), maybe sanding or cutting the residuals of support is helpful.
