195 mm Clamp Head Replacement

This is a replacement clamp head based on the original design that came with my clamp.

The original head broke, while the rest of the clamp was still perfectly usable, so I redesigned the head from scratch using my basic CAD skills.

In the photos:

• The rounded head is the original part (for reference)
• The more angular version is my redesigned model (this upload)

I intentionally removed the internal cavity that was present in the original part, as I believe this makes the replacement stronger and more durable.

This model is designed to fit Parkside clamps and common AliExpress clamps with a total clamp length of 195 mm (measured from the top of the clamp to the bottom).

Printing notes:

• Print in PETG or ABS for better strength
• Use high infill (≥40%)
• No supports needed

If someone with more advanced skills wants to remix or smooth the design, feel free — I’d love to see improved versions shared back with the community.
