22mm watch adapter for 550 paracord watchbands

I was trying to find an adapter to make a watchband from 550 paracord and I was categorically not happy with what I found on different sites. I had to do it myself.
Model from printables.com was taken as a basis and slightly improved.
Now you do not need to drill anything, it is printed without supports, the strength is much higher.
I used PA-CF, but regular PETG should be fine.

Just use a smaller layer thickness for more detail.

Also I made an adapter for paracord jig. See last two photos, watchband adapter is inserting in jig adapter and you may adjust a length of watchband on your paracord jig.
