This is the return policy for My Mad Man Lab (mymadmanlab.com) for orders shipped to the United States.

Returns 

We accept returns for defective products only.

A product is defective if it arrives damaged, broken, or does not match the item you ordered because of a manufacturing or fulfillment error. Contact us at support@mymadmanlab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. If we confirm the defect, we will issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, unused items in original packaging, or any reason other than a confirmed defect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. We do not swap items for a different product, color, or size.
