3/8" Socket Organizer Rail (Use TPU Filament)

A couple of my coworkers wanted socket organizers for their toolboxes. There were a few specific design elements important to them. The sockets must be held securely incase they needed to take the tools in their travel kits for field installs. It needed to hold 8 sockets each. And they wanted two different styles, one for internal holding (square 3/8" socket drive) and one for external holding for 17.75mm socket OD for Allen/Hex drive sets (which is a common socket OD for this style).

I printed them on a smooth print bed with a light layer of glue stick applied as a release agent. TPU sticks really really hard to smooth PEI beds (it can get bonded without a release agent). The designs are made for 95A TPU. I used Sunlu 95A TPU from amazon. Unless your TPU is AMS compatible you need to print it from an external spool to avoid jams.

Both model styles are parametric so should be easy to edit if you are familiar in Onshape and 3D Modeling. I also have the Step files included if you want to edit it in another CAD package.
