If you are using different types of nozzles, removing the extruder cover can be waste of time. With this simple model you can remove the cover in the easy way. I use PETG but PLA will be fine too.
Some of the A1 printers which I see have a different screw on the bottom right side of the extruder. You can just put there a 4x2mm magnet to get more height. I know 10x2mm 3 magnets is too much but I can sometimes print in the speed of the limit. I do not want the cover to drop in the middle of the print. Just super glue the 10x2mm magnets and you are good to go.
