This is a simple connector or adaptor to connect the neck of two bottle of soap to allow the near empty one to cleanly drain in the new one without the risk of falling or having soap fall through the gap between the bottles.
This was modeled specifically for the refill size (1.65L or 56 fl.oz) Equate brand of hand soap sold in Canada but would likely work on several other brands. The specifications on the bottle neck were: 10 mm height (between the lip and the top of the neck); a pitch of 4.5mm, a major diameter of 37mm and a minor diameter of 35mm.
It does not need support to print, but there might be a few strings, however in my test prints (x1c) it was very minor and easier to remove than dealing with supports. Your mileage may vary of course.
