This custom roller is designed to fit perfectly on the stock spool holder of the Bambu Lab A1 Mini, making filament feeding smoother and more reliable.

Features:

• Perfect fit for Elegoo spools – modeled to match the inner hole size (of 55 mm) for a snug and secure fit.
• Three-part design:
  1. Fixed base – attaches directly to the original Bambu Lab holder.
  2. Free-spinning cylinder – rolls effortlessly over the fixed base to reduce drag.
  3. Locking cap – screws in place to keep everything secure during printing.
• Smooth movement – works great as-is, but applying a bit of lithium grease can make it spin like butter.
• No play, no wobble – stable and reliable during long prints.
• Designed in Shapr3D – project file included so you can easily adapt the roller to fit other spool diameters.

Print & Assembly Notes:

• Printed in PLA, I just added fuzzy skin to the exterior of the roller to improve the contact with the spool
• Simple assembly – just slide on the parts and secure the locking cap.
