I love the Bambu lithophane frame, but after printing and using it I noticed two little issues:
When using the frame in landscape, light bleeds out of the side where the light panel sits, which (to me at least) ruins the clean look of the lithophane,

I know the frame is designed to sit portrait, which avoids the issue, but sometimes you just want a landscape lithophane. This plug stops the light shining out the side of the frame and keeps the focus where it should be, the lithophane itself.
The second issue: the diffuser panel has a habit of sliding out if you move the frame around.
So, I designed this push fit plug to solve both problems at once.

- It neatly blocks the light bleed for a cleaner display.
- It locks the diffuser panel in place so nothing shifts.
- Filleted edges match the style of the original frame and help it print cleanly.

No glue, no fuss, just print and push into place.

I’ve included a ready-to-use .3mf file with orientation and settings already dialed in for Bambu Studio.
If you’re slicing elsewhere, I used:
- 0.12mm layer height (quality)
- Arachne wall generator
- 10% gyroid infill
- Everything else left default
Designed specifically for the official Bambu Labs lithophane frame.
A small tweak, but it makes a big difference, hope it helps!
