Here's a very simple Bambu reusable spool sleeve that uses an integrated hole with a slight compound curve inside to gently grip the filament-end so the AMS can pull it off with no jamming and NO TAPE.
This replaces the cardboard sleeve that Bambu filament refills come wound on (with the black tape problem). Of course, one will need a spool winder to rewind filament on to this sleeve mounted on a spare resusable spool.
I normally just use PLA, but I do use PETG when respooling that filament on to this sleeve. (I have not tested other filament types, but I'm assuming that one should use the same (or better) material as the filament wound on it for drying purposes without deformation.)
