Blast Gate (Valve) 100mm / 4" for Dust Extractor

Requires 6x M4 hex nut + bolt, ~15mm in length.

This is based off a version on printables with two main differences:

• Converted to use M4 hex nuts, instead of square
• Adjusted the end cap to be wider, so the friction fit is a little tighter.
