Screw-Shaped Organizer – 3D Printed Storage Solution

The screw-shaped 3D printed organizer is a creative solution for storing small items that combines functionality with unique design. Inspired by the geometric form of a screw, the organizer serves as both a decorative and practical container for your desk, workshop, or other spaces where small accessories need organizing. Printing Parameters:

Material:

• PLA: Perfect for indoor use, easy to print, aesthetically pleasing, and available in various colors.
• PETG: Durable and moisture-resistant, ideal for storing heavier items.
• ABS: Best for more robust organizers that may be exposed to higher temperatures.

Print Resolution:

• 0.2 mm: Standard print quality, offering a good balance between print time and accuracy.
• 0.1 mm: High precision, perfect for fine details, especially for small screw elements.

Infill:

• 20-30%: Sufficient for the stability of the organizer with minimal material use.
• Infill pattern: Grid or Zigzag – providing strength and material savings.

Cooling:

• Enabled (100%): Especially important when printing with PLA to achieve a smooth surface and accurate details.

Supports:

• Optional: Depending on the model's geometry, enabling supports will provide better print quality.
• Minimum overhang angle: 45° (for easier removal of supports).

Print Temperature:

• Nozzle: 200-220°C (for PLA), 230-250°C (for PETG and ABS).
• Bed: 50-60°C (for PLA), 90-110°C (for ABS).

Retraction:

• Distance: 4-6 mm (for Bowden system), 1-2 mm (for Direct Drive).
• Speed: 25-45 mm/s.

Print Time:

• Depending on the organizer size, the print time ranges from a few hours to several hours.
