Business Card Swatch - Filament Management System

I buy all kinds a filament & try many different brands. I needed a way to keep them all straight and also be able to compare color, shades, and finishes. - This filament system is the easiest to use, store, and take with you that I have found. It uses the size of a standard business card (3.5"x2" or 88.9 mm x 50.8 mm) so they are easy to stack, share or display.

Print settings that give the best finish (In my opinion/experience):

QUALITY

• Layer Height = 0.2mm
• Line width > Top surface = (0.3mm for PLA & 0.38mm for everything else)
• Seam position = Back
• Wall generator = Arachne
• [Advanced] Print infill first ☑️
• [Advanced] Only one wall on top surfaces = Topmost surface

STRENGTH

• [Advanced] Infill direction = 0°

These are templates, so you can make it custom to your specific filament type and color. All edits can be done right in the slicer.

Select the editable text from the objects menu or simply click on it.

Edit the text using the text tool and then use the move tool to place into position. Non-printing edge guide and spacers appear in red.
