Canvas frame 400x500 mm

Large modular 400×500 mm canvas frame designed for standard Bambu build plates.
This frame is split into six parts so it can be printed on four plates on printers with ~256 mm build volume (A1, P1 series, X1 series).

The parts are connected using strong dovetail joints that slide together and lock firmly without glue. Assembly is quick and tool-less, while still providing a rigid final frame suitable for canvas or lightweight wall art.

The design focuses on:

• Clean, minimal look
• Strong mechanical joints
• Easy printing without supports
• Reliable alignment during assembly

All parts are oriented for optimal bed adhesion and dimensional accuracy. The frame can be printed in PLA, PETG, or other rigid materials depending on the intended use.

Printing notes

• No supports required
• Designed for smooth or textured PEI plates

Compatibility

Fits printers with ~256×256 mm build volume:

• Bambu A1
• P1P / P1S
• X1C / X1 series

Also works on larger printers.

Assembly

Slide the dovetail joints together and press firmly until fully seated. The parts are numbered, with 1 on the top left and increasing clockwise.
