Cargo Bike Riese & Müller Load 60 or 75 TPU Foot Stand

The original rubber foot of my cargo bike stand broke multiple times, so I decided to make a 3D model of a robust foot with a diameter of 25mm and print it in TPU. I also tested it in PETG, and it works, but it's slippery, so if possible, print it in TPU.

The photographs show how it looks after a month of usage and abuse, so I feel it will survive long enough, and I will just print another one when the current one wears out.

It is made for Riese & Müller Load 60 or 75 cargo bikes, but it should be good for any foot stand with 25mm diameter.

PRINT SETTINGS:

• material: TPU
• nozzle: you can print it with 0.4mm or even with 0.8mm (which I suggest)
• seam position: random
• wall loops: 6
• top/bottom surface pattern: concentric
• sparse infill: 50% 3D honeycomb
