Compact filament spool holder for IKEA Skadis

This filament spool holder has several distinct features:

• Modular Design: The modular design allows for easy dismounting of the holder while keeping its mounting part attached to the IKEA Skadis shelf.
• Compact and Versatile: The holder is compact to save space on tight shelves, yet it accommodates all known 1kg spools available on the market.
• Standard Bearings: It uses standard 608 bearings, which can also be 3D printed. The printed bearings perform exceptionally well, but you can use metal bearings instead.
• Optimized Printing Settings: Different parts have optimized printing settings to ensure the best results, including seam positioning, varying layer heights, and wall counts. For example, the bearings have no infill to enhance performance and longevity.
• Optional Housing Designs: The holder includes a plain housing option as well as four housings with numbered markings, making it easier to organize and improve visibility for your AMS system.
• Minimal Support Needed: Tree supports are used only for the rollers for smooth rolling and to avoid sanding during post-processing due to overhangs. These supports are easy to remove. However, if you are good with overhangs, you may print the roller horizontally.
• Improved roller dimension. The roller has some tolerance by purpose to avoid friction with bearings. It rolls much easier compare to the original design.
