Cute Octopus - version 3

Summary

I liked my version 2, but sometimes the suckers on the bottom of the tentacles had problems sticking to the build plate, especially when scaling down. So I started over from scratch. I designed this new octopus to have more surface area on the plate, thicker links for stronger limbs, and redesigned the mouth so it no longer needs any kind of supports.
