Extended arm to 75mm to fit my conservatory door! - hope it might be useful to someone in a similar situation! My hinges are quite far back set.
Two plates - one of the non-merged model so you can shorten or lengthen the middle part to adjust it to whatever length you want, one with the merged one if you want this size.
PLA will probably work - but I used PETG as I wanted it to be super strong.
Printed on Bambu P1S with the strength profile (6 walls) and 60% infill. PETG translucent. It's so strong I feel like I could drive my car over it - I'm almost worried it'll rip the plastic off of the door frame before it snaps in a gust - so maybe I over-egged it a little lol. The profile I've uploaded is 50% with 6 walls - feel free to turn down the infill as much as suits - I've had it in use 2 - 4 times a week on a door which gets a lot of wind at 60% with 0 issues.
