Elegoo Centauri Carbon 270 Degree Hinge

This model is a print-ready remix of the Elegoo Centauri Carbon hinge upgrade that allows the front glass door to open 270° instead of the stock 90°.
This makes accessing the machine, performing maintenance, and working inside the CC dramatically easier and more convenient.

The original geometry has not been modified — this remix focuses on organizing, cleaning, orienting, and preparing the files so the parts can be printed reliably on any FDM printer and pass MakerWorld’s compatibility checks.

Remix Details (What I changed):

• Cleaned and reorganized all STL files into a clear, ready-to-print structure.
• Adjusted orientation for better surface quality and easier support removal.
• Verified printability at standard 0.2mm layer height with correct tolerances.
• Exported the files in a format compatible with Bambu Studio and MakerWorld.
• Provided a print-optimized version that requires no manual preparation.

All credit goes to the original creator; this remix simply makes the upgrade easier for the community to slice, print, and install.

Required STLs:

*The plastic spacers go in the glass cutouts to align the panel and prevent the metal screw from touching the glass.
Installation order for attaching the glass door:
Arm > Metal Washer > Plastic Spacer > Glass Door > Nut Block

Required Hardware:

• 4x M3 8mm socket cap screws (side panel)
• 4x M3 12mm or 10mm socket cap screws (glass panel)
• 2x M3 30mm socket cap screws (hinges)
• 6x M3 nuts
• 4x M3 washers (0.5–0.7 mm thick, for arms)
• 4x washers from the stock hinge

Notes:

• Print the plastic spacers with outer-to-inner wall order.
• The rest of the parts can be printed inner-to-outer for cleaner overhangs.
• Recommended 0.2 mm layer height.
