I've recently installed dedicated LED bar for my Ender 3 v3 SE, but that left me with ugly hanging cable, since there was nothing for hiding it provided by Creality.
So I've designed a simple clip that you can push onto top bar, which holds the cable.
This holds very tight on the bar so it will need some force to be pushed onto bar and will bent a little, which assurs that the clip holds firmly.
