I got one of those cheap microphone stands that you can clamp on your desk, and where the arm and the clamp meet there's very bad plastic sleeve that has way too much play. I designed this sleeve to have very tight tolerances so it rides smoothly 360 degrees without any play, and goes all the way through so it is stable even without the tensioning screw, which helps save space behind your desk.
The fit is VERY tight, and rotating will be hard for the first time, it will loosen over time and rotating will become very smooth as the plastic polishes itself up.
If your printer makes undersized hole, it will NOT fit!
Take your time to make it fit, depending on the tolerances of your arm mount manufacturing you might need to sand or shave with a knife a bit of plastic to make it fit.
Be patient and take your time to make it fit, the first time it might be very hard to turn, but the tight fit will turn into really smooth movement with time. No more wobble specially when moving the arm up and down, and the turning will be very satisfactory
If you previously over tightened the screw in the back you might have dented the metal of the arm into a not round shape, it might help to use pliers to get it back to a round shape before trying to push it into the sleeve.
You won't need the tensioning screw anymore, as it never helped making the arm stable, it only dented the metal of the stand.

Printing Notes (If you slicing it yourself and not using my print profile):
- Print it facing down.
- Infill: 100% Concentric (important)
- 0.25mm layer height
- Use 5mm brim (if you have bed adhesion issues)
- Enable Scarf and use nearest or random seam, to avoid a bump in the hole. (I provided a print profile with a spiral seam, so the seam is spread out)
- Enable Auto circle hole contour compensation
- Enable “Precise wall”
- ABS is not required but is the preferred material
