This FlyLens 85 battery holder will allow you to fasten your 2S battery with two (~1cm wide) straps.*
The battery holder is mounted using the three M2 action camera mounting holes present in the FlyLens 85 (v1.3) frame to stay firmly in place while weighing only 4 grams.
Use three M2x5 screws for minimal protrusion out the back of the mounting holes.
Tested on the FlyLens 85 Walksnail Moonlight model but should fit on all models that use the FlyLens 85 v1.3 frame kit.
Using PETG the structural integrity of the battery holder is still sound after several crashes**.
I have not tested PLA.
* 1cmx15cm straps have worked well for holding large ~1000mAh 2S batteries, but may be a bit unwieldy for thinner 2S ≤850mAh packs.
**PETG update: After losing a prop mid-air (>20m) and the nasty crash that followed, the battery holder did end up breaking. I'll experiment some more, maybe creating an extra “tough” print profile.
