Hanging Basket Repair Parts - Hooks & Hangers

Replacement Parts for repairing damaged hanging baskets. 

• Replacement Hook Parts - can be used to replaced a twisted or broken hooks on most commercial hanging baskets.
• Replacement Hangers - 3 sizes of replacement hangers (requires a hook part to be attached)

To use:

For damaged hook only:

There are three hook models;

• Round style hook  (for use with rounded surfaces, smaller surfaces, dowel etc.)
• Square style hook SLIM (for use with flat slats up to 44mm wide and 20mm thick.)
• Square style hook HEAVY DUTY (for use with flat slats up to 44mm wide and 20mm thick.)

To use with existing hanging baskets simply cut off the old hook from the hanger and drill a 5.5mm hole into the stem of the hook base. The new sturdy hook screws tightly in place over the base. (see pictures for guidance on how to install). Alternatively, remove the hanger from basket entirely and replace both the hanger and hook.  

Additional Hardware/Tools Required (for hook);

• 1x M5 20mm bolt 
• 1 x M5 Nut
• Heavy Scissors/Secateurs to cut off old hook
• Drill with 5.5mm bit

For damaged hangers;

There are 3 sizes of hangers available;

• 250mm (suitable for printing on X1C, A1, P1P etc.)
• 320mm (suitable for larger print beds - H2C, H2D, etc.)
• 350mm (suitable for larger print beds - H2C, H2D, etc.)

PETG, ASA or ABS filament is recommended for all parts (stronger due to flexibility) note: PLA can be used but is more brittle and can softten in very hot direct sun so not recommended.
