This is a heavy-duty, screw-mount headphone hanger designed specifically for desks with under-frame profiles. Unlike standard hangers, this model offers two different orientations to ensure a perfect fit for any desk setup.

Printing Instructions

• Select Your Plate: This file contains two plates. You do not need to print both. Choose Plate 1 (Horizontal) for standard edges or Plate 2 (Vertical) if you are mounting to a vertical frame/profile.
• PLA Tested: I’ve tested this with PLA using 3 wall loops and 20% Gyroid infill, and it works just fine for daily use.
• PETG Recommendation: While PLA is sufficient, PETG is recommended if you need higher tension strength or better long-term durability under constant clamp pressure.
• Optimized for P1S: These settings are verified on a Bambu Lab P1S to ensure a perfect fit for the bolt threads.
