I needed a simple latch to keep my toddler from ravaging my Ikea Alex drawer unit. I have the wide Alex, but probably works just the same in the narrower versions, and possibly other drawers as well.
Just attach the latch to the top corner of the drawer front, and the hook on the inside of the cabinet using some adhesive tape. The long flat “bottom” makes aligning both pieces right to the edge of the drawer front and cabinet side easy.
If the adhesive tape is not strong enough, there are screw holes in both pieces. The hook piece has an angled hole so you can reach it with a normal screw driver fairly easily.
This is my first custom 3D model, far from perfect but serves it purpose and might be useful for others.
I printed in PETG HF on an A1.
