This is a minor mod for @jakadel's Bambu Lab X1/P1s 270° hinge

 

This part requires printing and installing @jakadel's Bambu Lab X1/P1s 270° hinge first.

I really liked @jakadel's 270 hinge, beautiful design, but it really bothered me that on occasion I had to adjust the hinges to get the doors to close.

If you don't have this problem you can skip this mod.

These are two extra parts that prevent the hinge from shifting while you open and close the door. This does not require disassembling @jakdael's hinge and can be installed in less than five minutes.
This is an easy mod, two prints that will print in under an hour and install in less than five minutes. BUT this will require that you replace the four M3x5mm (I originally used M3x8mm) screws. For this mod you will need four M3x12mm (maybe M3x10mm, but have not tried) screws.


Installation:
The two parts are clearly labeled TOP and BOT and which side is up.

NOTE - See the attached photos.

1. Close the door completely, this will expose the screws on the side that hold @jakdal's 270 hinges to the original hinge plates.

2. Start with the top hinge. Remove the two screws and slide on the top mode. Now use the two M3x12 screws to secure.

3. Repeat step 2 for the bottom hinge. Please note proper orientation as shown in the photos.

*NOTE* Don't over tighten the screws to get this retrofit to work. The plastic is pretty thin under the screws, there was not much clearance. This is not perfect but it works great for me, maybe it will give @jakadel some ideas for his next version. Any feedback on how well this does or does not work for you would be appreciated.
