This is the Velcro belt currently in use at the Hungarian Armed Forces. This is the true-to-size model of the belt buckle. The only difference is that I did not round the edges to make it stronger.
The way in the project is the easiest to print and remove the supports. But clearly printed in a landscape position, with 100% infill, it is the strongest. Only then is it difficult to remove the supports.
I think ABS and ASA are not strong enough for this, because it has to withstand a lot of force. Nylon or carbon fiber materials are highly recommended.
