This adapter converts the IBC S100x8 thread to a standard G1" thread .
It is designed for IBC containers equipped with the larger S100x8 outlet and allows connection of standard 1" BSP fittings, valves, hose connectors, irrigation systems, or custom plumbing.
A TPU sealing ring is included as a separate part on the second build plate. Printing it from flexible TPU provides a reliable seal without the need for additional O-rings.

Print Settings
- Adapter: PETG recommended
- Seal: TPU (95A recommended)
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Walls: 4–5
- Top/Bottom: 5
- Infill: 20–40% Gyroid

Supports: No
PETG offers better impact resistance and outdoor durability than PLA. For long-term outdoor use, ASA is also a good choice. Water-tightness depends on printer calibration and proper installation of the TPU seal.
