Ingenico Move 5000 Mount

This holder is based off of daves_nt_here's design on thingiverse. I wanted to make it a bit cleaner and to allow the device to be remove without unplugging it. I had to modify it using the original stl so there are some artefacts in the model but they are too small to be sliced.
