The Ioniq 5 has a flat floor between the two front seats, which makes it a dangerous place to store stuff, since things can roll underneath the brake pedal or accelerator. Also, if you have a dog, you may find it trying to lie with their head on top of your feet as you are driving, which is also dangerous. There is a cheap rubber tray available on Amazon, but I wasn't happy with it. I made this as a solution, using some 3d scanning, and modeling. Enjoy.
CAVEAT: The model is designed for an Ioniq5 with a slidable center console and the cloth floor mats. If you have an Ioniq5 with the immovable center console, and have trouble installing, you can cut the rear-most tail piece in two parts and slide them in from the sides (e.g., at the orange cut location in the attached picture). If you have the rubber winter floormats, however, they are too thick: you will need to cut some millimeters off the bottom of the front piece before printing. You can do all the cuts in Bambu Studio before printing using the Cut Tool (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/cut-tool).
Details: The model is in several parts, with the largest part almost completely filling the Bambu x1c print bed. The other parts attach to the front and back in a way that allows the tray to be snugly wedged between the rolling armrest and the front cubby, so it can't move around at all. There is also an optional triangular wedge to support the bottom of the tray in the rear. (The tray is designed to sit on top of the OEM Ioniq 5 floor mats, and the floor is somewhat uneven.) To save on filament, there are large holes in the hidden parts, but even so the model is three quarters of a 1kg filament roll.
Assembly: There are a number of registration tab holes that can be used to assembly everything without any glue, using a number of the flat 50x10 mm dowel tabs included on one plate of the model. There shouldn't be any reason to use superglue, and in case somebody remixes the model (e.g., to put a roll-top lid on the tray, to hide the contents, which is something I was thinking about), you can reuse the other parts.
