Light Bar Mount For Prusa MK3-MK4S Printers

This is a remixed version of dmtinkdev's MK3S LED mount that fixes a clearance issue with the MK4S extruder assembly.  As is, the original mounts worked great except for when the extruder was approaching maximum Z height.  On certain large prints, the MK4S extruder would run into the right-side mount, causing it to bend out of place.  This was also causing homing issues if the extruder was close to the right side near the top.  This new version resolves that issue and adds additional height to completely clear the MK4S extruder even when it's at maximum Z height.

This mount will snap directly to the top part of the frame without any additional tools or fasteners.  Compatible with MK3 through MK4S printer frames.  To attach your light bar, just use 2 zip ties (one on each mount).

For printing, I recommend the following settings:

• PLA or PETG of your choice (recommend PETG if the light bar you are using puts out a lot of heat)
• 3 perimeter walls
• Cubic infill (minimum 40%)
• Can be printed on its side without supports
• You only need to print 2 of these mounts to secure your light bar

The light bar in the pictures was purchased here:  LED Under Cabinet Light 12" Bar Dimmable for Kitchen - aspectLED .  These mounts should work with a wide variety of light bars if you prefer different styles.
