Allows the addition of a push-to-connect fitting for the PolyDryer box.
PETG is recommended, and it looks very nice in clear translucent.
This is a snug fit for the fitting. It can be screwed in to a PETG printed adapter with a minimal amount of force. Once screwed in, it will not be coming out with some sort of tool or a very strong grip :)
