Mini clearance test

This mini clearance test helps determine your printer’s dimensional accuracy and ideal tolerances. It includes clearances of -0.1, 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 mm. Each clearance is labeled for easy identification and comparison. The model is quick to print and uses very little filament. It is ideal for tuning fit before printing functional or mechanical parts.

In my case, the filament showed noticeable shrinkage during testing, which is why a -0.1 mm clearance is included. This helps account for material contraction and improves fit accuracy.
