Mini Screw Jack / Machinists Jack

A mini machinist jack with a threaded screw. About 10 cm high when fully extended. Should be self-locking under load. You could also scale it up if you need more working height.

If you're going to lean heavily on it, you should probably up the infill % and/or use PETG or ABS.
