Version 3 - 2025/10/28 - Fix of weak layers
- When printing the 3mf, the layers were too weak and mine bent and got separated.
- Added some supports between the holes
- Improvement, the back is the same length as the holes (it was a bit smaller before)
- The pins should be centered
- In the 3mf, I put the infill to 75% to be stronger
* The result of version 3 should be stronger and takes the same time and amount of filament as the version 2 printed with 90 degrees difference.
Version 2 - 2025/06/21 - The version 1 of my design was not strong enough.
- Complete redesigned inspired from https://makerworld.com/en/models/147588-multiboard-pliers-wire-stripper-and-other-tool-hol,
- Fix - The measure between the pins was not 1 inch
- You can still play with the value to get different size.
Version 1 - I created a remix of https://makerworld.com/en/models/414226?from=search#profileId-316147 because the spacing between the pins was not compatible with my peg board so I created another one with OpenScad so anyone can play with the configuration
If you want to play with it in OpenScad, you will need to install the BOSL2 library (https://github.com/BelfrySCAD/BOSL2)
If you play with the value of the variables you can change the pin diameter, the space between the space, distance from the board (curve of the pin), the holder height, length and thickness.
