Summary
This is the Pile of Poo Emoji (U+1F4A9) by DrLex but I added a Keyring Hole/Loop. Requires no additional setup or supports as the hole is inset.
Printing at 100% it can easily fit a 15mm Split Key Ring. I also used a 25mm Split Key Ring with Chain and Jump Rings to attach to the 15mm Split Ring.
