My dual-monitor stand has a base that gets in the way. I want to put nice organizers like The Organizer under my monitors, but there is no flat space. Enter the Planar Under Monitor Platform, named after my monitor stand. The legs are designed such that they straddle the stand. Because the platform is bigger than my X1 Carbon can print, I use two joiners from The Organizer to link them.
Because I wanted a raised lip along the outer edge of the platform, I print legs down. This requires a lot of support material, so you could try printing legs up (upside down) but you'll either need to deal with two layers of support interface or get rid of the lip. I've not tried upside down with the lip, so if you try it, I'm interested in your experience.
Likely your monitor stand will not be shaped exactly like mine, so I encourage you to make adjustments using the blend file.
