PTFE Tube Cutting Guide for Two Blade Sizes

Based on the original design, this tool is compatible with two blade thicknesses and incorporates an extended guide tube to enhance cutting precision. The PTFE tube can be seen from the open area on top of the guide tube.

The cutting guide is only for PTFE tube with an outer diameter of 4 mm and an inner diameter of 2.5 mm.

Compared to similar PTFE shearing aids, this deceptively straightforward tool achieves near-perfect 90-degree cuts, ranking among the most precise in its category. This is because the design accounts for material shrinkage in the vertical direction, with fine-tuned adjustments to the cavity shape.
