Add a bit of color and personalization to your 3d printers with some clip-on vines. After printing and hanging Printicals sloth from Printables on the PTFE tube on the printer, I thought it looked a little lonely. This inspired me to add some leaves around it to make the sloth look as if it were climbing in the trees. I found a vine design off of Thingiverse, which I remodeled and updated for better printing. I then added some clips to the underside of the vine to attach to the PTFE tubes. Now my little sloth has a more natural environment to rest in as it hangs on for dear life while the printer flies around printing. It is not a perfect design, but in my opinion, the little imperfections make it more vine like.
The current model has supports around the 3 smallest leaves. I have printed it alright without the supports but with some slight defects, thus the supports are encouraged.
