Raspberry Pi 3b Rev 1 Insert for RackMod 1U Slide

If you have a Rev 1 version of the Raspberry Pi 1B the original Raspberry Pi 1B module dedicated to the RackMod 1U Slide system will not accept the board and keep it retained because the Rev 1 of the Pi 1B does not have screw holes. This insert allows the Rev 1 Pi 1B to be used with the original slide by Episode 3D. There is also a small hole added to the front of the original slide model to allow for the LED lights to be seen.
