This is the third version of the filtration system.
Main changes:
- stronger blower fan (45.0CFM, 55.0mm2HO)
- larger filter volume
- filament and print time saver
- lighter
- easier installation
Assembly instruction:
- Preparation
- Get your printer one 12032 blower (feature: 45.0CFM, 55.0mm2HO)
- Prepare 11 Brass threaded inserts (size: 3*4*5)
- Print the models one each (you might need two "Acrylic damage-free fixing board")
- Assembly
- Glue "Filter blocker" and "Air-in buffer section"
- Glue "Air-in buffer section" and "Air-out buffer section"
- Glue "Air-out buffer section" and "Air-out fan duct" - Filter set
- (Recommanded) You might wanna use epoxy resin to enhance the glued parts - the black lines you see in between glued parts in the photo uploaded
- Install 3 Brass threaded inserts on to the "Air-in blower buffer section"
- Install your 12032 blower on to "Air-in blower buffer section" - Blower set
- Install 4 Brass threaded inserts on to each “Acrylic damage-free fixing board”
- Fill the "Filter container" with whatever filter you like (I applied 15mm thick H13 HEPA and 30mm thick active carbon bag) and inset it into the "Air-out buffer section"
- Install the Blower set onto the printer with the help of one “Acrylic damage-free fixing board”
- Install the Filter set onto the printer with the help of one “Acrylic damage-free fixing board” (two “Acrylic damage-free fixing board” should be used up by the moment)
Congrates! Assembly completed, start to enjoy the fresh air by turning on the blower!
