This model can be put on the external filamet holder of the a1 to reduce friction. I created this to solve my problem with the soft 90a tpu spool not feeding evenly. I did not find any model that is compatible with the newer filamet holders that can't be screwd out.
Printing: Defult settings.
Instruction:
1: Print the 2 crowns and the 10 pins on the first plate.
2: Start printing the 2 plate and check for witch layers does the walls tighten (the walls loosen and tighten 2 times to fit the crown and the rolles in mid print. You can see this in the 3dh and 4th pictures)
3: When the printer reaches the layers before that the walls starts tightening pause the printer and follow the next 2 steps.
4: Grab 2 rolles and put them in 2 oposite sides of the crown. While still holding the rollers in the crown lift them and put it in the print.
DO NOT PUT THE CROWN IN WITHOUT THE ROLLERS OR IT WILL FALL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM AND GET STUCK. While still holding the crown with one hand grab an other roller and lift up the crown to put the the roller in but not too much so that the rollers fall out. Repeate this untill every hole in the crown has a roller and let go of the crown wich will drop flus with the upper layer. the printer will print over so it can't come out.
5: Do it agan for the upper part.
DONE!
this will not a high performace bearing and if you hear clicking noises while turning it thats fine.
If it gets stuck push the crown inwards untill it unstucks.
