Required:
- Lighter or running hot water
-
Rubber band (I find that two size #8 rubber bands work best)
To build:
- Print fuselage and rotor.
- CAREFULLY use a lighter to soften the wing arms on the rotor and twist them slightly so it becomes like a propeller. Alternatively, you can hold the rotor under running hot water for a few seconds and twist the wing arms into place. Rotating each wing about 45 degrees around its axis works well for me.
- Install the rotor into the hub and attach the rubber band(s) on the hooks. I find that two #8 size bands work well. A #32 band also works well if you twist it and reduce its length by ½.
