Sanding and Grinding Disc Holder 5in and 4.5in

I increased the thickness of the dividers from 1mm to 2mm. This helped with the overall rigidity of the part and helped with bed adhesion.

I slowed down the second half of the print speed which helped eliminate the wobble of the thin unsupported vertical walls which was causing print failures. I turned on supports to help keep the top section stable while finishing the prints last few layers.

I also added a scaled down version for 115mm / 4.5in grinding disc

Plate 1: 125mm/5in

• 277 grams filament

• 29mm space for each grit: 40, 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400

Plate 2: 115mm/4.5in

• 262 grams filament
• 11.5 hr print time
• 29mm space for each grit: 36, 36, 60, 60, 80, 80, Cut Off, Cut Off

I love the original model by Scruminochi as it is super useful for freeing up some shelf space in my garage. And it looks like a real product you would find in the store. My changes dramatically increase both material usage and time to print but I wish I had done this first because I ended up wasting even more time and material with three failed prints I had before changing it.
