The sennheiser HD 4XXBT series's stock accent pieces break very easily if you travel a lot with them.
I couldn't find replacements for mine, sennheiser doesn't sell them but even if they did, you'd need to completely tear down your headphones to install it because of the way they designed it.
I designed this in Autodesk Fusion as a replacement for mine, it clips on to the headpiece and gets held in place by the original 2 screws.
Also attached is the Fusion design file with all my reference measurements and calibrated canvas photo with the original non-clip on model version too. (like the factory ones)
Fit was tested with the HD458BT, in theory it should work with the 4.40 4.50, etc.. too as it's essentially the same frame with slightly different electronics and drivers but no promises.
