Singer 7426 Large Spool Sewing Guide

Summary

Did a remix of the linked spool adaptor for the Mrs. She didn't like the way the upper arm sat to route the thread as it didn't align with the guides for her machine. I rebuilt the base and the upper guide from scratch.

The upper arm is effectively a cylinder with a ring at the top. Printed on a raft with Tree support.

The base has a taller holder to hold the spool in place so there's no need for any additional "pole". It also has a hole that fits the foot of the machine so that it doesn't move at all.

Note: The lower says "SEW WHAT?" On the part that will be hidden when a spool is installed. Lame Dad Joke.

Used really high resolution at the request of the Mrs, (0.12) but 0.2 would work fine.

Infill 40% all around, in Tri-Hexagon - Gyroid is my preferred but the Upper guide failed multiple times using that pattern.

Raft support WITH Tree at 55% Branch Angle for the Upper
No Supports needed for lower.
