2-piece sink corner drip tray, with removable drip net and easy to clean surfaces.
All the parts have been designed with 3D-printing in mind to make use of the best qualities of the product in the end.
Best results are achieved with PETG, 0.4mm nozzle and a print bed that is as flat as possible. I'm usung Sunlu PETG, P1S 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle and a carbon fiber stickered spring steel plate.
No supports needed.
But some gluing is required.
In order to make the plate as flat and water-resistant as possible, it is printed upside-down, and so the brim needs to be attached with glue afterwards. I'm using gorilla glue, but any hardening glue, epoxy or resin will do the job, so long as it's not water soluble.
When gluing, I recommend using the drip-grid as a stabilizing guide to place the border correctly, as it can be a bit flimsy before the glue has hardened.
