Skateboard Stool/Chair 732mm (28")

The Skateboard Chair/Stool like no other. This has been made as a multi piece, portable, quick assembly.

I've designed this as a full scale skateboard. 812mm (32") x 203mm (8") but the 3mf file has been scaled to 90% to fit the P1S and A1.

From the Photos you can see i've printed this in 90% and also 50%. No changes made for the 50% scale. Use the same 3MF file and just scale down. The threaded components still fit together perfectly.

I've been playing with walls and infills and settled on 4 walls with 15% Gyroid. These setting were able to hold over 120kgs.

Plate 01: Left Kicktail (Required)

Plate 02: Right Kicktail (Required)

*Note - Both Kicktails can be printed on the same plate. I didn't do this for the 3mf upload because it requires you to merge the two objects to avoid a GCode error on the Supports. When you merge, you lose the Scale information (i.e. These are 90%), meaning downloaders would lose the scale reference and this would be confusing. Once you've downloaded the file. I suggest merging the two prior to printing IF you are using the same colour for both.

Plates 03: Middle of the Deck. Orientated so that the Puzzle piece is on top for optimal print quality. please ensure you use Glue or Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack etc. due to the angle this is printed at.

Plate 04: Base V4.0. These have been flared at 2% to increase volume for stability and squared at the bottom to sit flat. Version 4 added the tie in support between the two legs for extra strength.

Plate 05: 20mm (13/16") Caps for the bottom of the Base or the Extension Leg.

Plate 06: 150mm (6") Extension Legs (Recommended for good finished height)

Plate 07: Addition Leg Supports. These have been designed to be installed between the Base (Plate 04) and the Extension Legs (Plate 06)(Strongly Recommended for added stability if Printing Plate 06)

Make sure you send through pictures of your Prints. I'd love to see them AND do the skater thing, feel free to customise your deck as you see fit. Most of all, have fun!

Now at Final Version. No expected mods at this time.
