Status Flags - Room Markers

A optometrist office was looking for a way to label their exam rooms as clean or dirty.  They had a hard time finding flags that would do what they wanted.

There were multiple options they had tried of non printed and printed versions.  None worked for various reasons.  Some flop too far and don't stop at 90 degrees from the wall, some were too big, some were too “floppy” and some did not last.

This was the solution. It has been tested and is working well in daily use.

These were printed in PETG, but we had also done some initial prototypes in PLA Tough+ 

Assembly involves cutting a metal coat hanger for a hinge rod.  Cut to length and slide in. Cut to 73mm or 2 7/8 inch. It is tight initially but wears in after a bit of use.
